Law Office of Vasilios Peros represented J.F. Plumbing & Heating Inc. in the sale of its business to certain entities of Watchtower Capital Partners.  Established in 1988, J.F. Plumbing & Heating is based in Derwood, Maryland (near Rockville).  In addition to the sale of the business, the transaction included a lease of commercial space.  The terms of the sale remain confidential.

“Vasilios was outstanding in negotiating and protecting our interests as seller throughout the entire process,” said John Folliard, founder of the selling company.  Following closing, the founder stepped down from his full-time role and successfully moved into the next phase of his life.
